Beautiful Twin Session with Noah and Jacob

Beautiful twin session today with Noah and Jacob. Born at 32 weeks, these sweet little boys were born with Twin to Twin Syndrome Jacob was 1.3kgs and Noah was even smaller at 1.1kgs. Their Big Sister Sophia is so in love with her little brothers.
