Thank you for booking your christmas mini session with Jodie Andrews Photography. 2021 has been a very different year for everyone and this means some changes to the way we run our sessions. Whilst our requests may seem over the top, we need to ensure that all our sessions run smoothly and we reduce any risk to our clients.
Please arrive 5 minutes prior to your scheduled session. Upon arrival, please take a seat on the provided seats outside and wait for one of our friendly staff members to assist you. A covid form & check in must be completed prior to entering the studio.
Important: If you or any of your family members are experiencing flu like symptoms including runny nose, scratchy throat, cough or fever……please text 0411267988 and DO NOT ATTEND YOUR SESSION. we will arrange another alternative back up date. If we suspect illness, please do not be offended if we are unable to proceed with your session. Its for the health and safety of all our customers.
Sessions are timed and spaced adequately to ensure that we still. have enough time to arrange cleaning & sterilisation of the studio between each session, this does not mean that there is “EXTRA” photographing time.
Each session will go for 20 mins and we will need to ensure that we stick to that strict schedule to allow cleaning time. In order to reduce client contact, all images will be reviewed online after the session. Please allow a week to receive your online gallery. We have created packages to allow you to purchase additional images should you wish.
Its important that we do not exceed the covid rules and regulations for NSW and therefore there we are not able to have multiple families in attendance. In the event that you have booked a double session for a “cousin” image. Only one adult will be able to be in the studio area at a time.
For your protection, our staff will be wearing masks / face shields during your session & using hand sanitiser. Parents will be required to wear face masks, however may remove their masks when being photographed.
When selecting your outfits, please choose two or three colours and blend them through the outfits. This will give the best visually appealing result for your images.
This year we have a few different options but the main background is pictured below. There is also an outdoor winter theme as well (it is very neutral tones with whites and greys).
A download link with your selected images will be issued to you after your selection has been made. You will receive some printed copies of the purchased images. If you are located in Sydney or Newcastle, these will be posted out to you directly. Central Coast customers will be able to arrange a collection time to collect from the studio.
USB’s are available for $15 or you may bring along a blank USB which has your name on it and we will add your purchased images to the provided USB.

Central Coast studio: 41 Daley Ave, Daleys Point. 2257. Parking on site, please wait in a side street (such as Tulani Ave) until 5 mins before your time to ensure that there is no issues with parking. For those who haven’t been to our studio, there is a spot to turn around at the top of the driveway.
Killara Studio: 680 Pacific highway, Killara (opposite the greengate hotel). There is parking under the building, to access the studio you will need to walk around the front of the building and come up the centre stairwell. Turn right and follow the corridor around.
