Beautiful twin session today with Noah and Jacob. Â Born at 32 weeks, these sweet little boys were born with Twin to Twin Syndrome Jacob was 1.3kgs and Noah was even smaller at 1.1kgs. Â Their Big Sister Sophia is so in love with her little brothers.Â
